Schoenwald

Deisslingen, lays 19 miles (31 kilometers) to the west, and Alpirsbach is located 19 miles (31 kilometers) to the southwest.

About 18 miles (29 kilometers) to the southwest of Schoenwald is Freiburg, a regional center which is home to Freiburg Main Cathedral (Freiburg Munster), New Town Hall (Neues Rathaus) and Schlossberg. University of Freiburg, Schwabentor Gate and Breisacher Gate are also good spots for calling into while you are in Freiburg.

Journey into the past while you are visiting the Black Forest area. Take a trip to some of the fortresses for which this place is renowned. Visit Black Forest 's art galleries, art museums and nature museums. These are excellent spots to spend time, especially when the weather is unpleasant.
