Our idyllically situated mountain farm is located at an elevation of 840 metres at the foot of the Kehlstein, nestled amid the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgaden Valley. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, lush meadows, and majestic peaks, you’ll enjoy exceptional peace and privacy here. Since there are no settlements or busy roads in the immediate vicinity, relaxation is guaranteed from the very first day of your holiday. Here, you can see dairy cows and calves in the fields around the house or in the barn. During our barn visit times, you can also take a closer look at them.
“Reiteralm” Holiday Rental – Panoramic Balcony with a View of the Watzmann Our cosy, approximately 40 m² “Reiteralm” holiday rental on the ground floor is ideal for two people who want to enjoy peace and quiet, nature, and a special mountain view. The absolute highlight is the spacious balcony, which stretches across an entire corner of the house on the south and west sides. From here, you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the Watzmann and the Berchtesgaden Valley. The balcony is furnished with two tables and seating, lounge chairs, and a parasol—so you can enjoy your meals and relaxing moments outdoors in complete comfort. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed. You have direct access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the cosy living area. The living area includes a cosy sitting area with a dining space and a well-equipped kitchenette featuring a dishwasher, two hob burners, a freestanding refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and cooking utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and underfloor heating provide additional comfort. A particular highlight: the large corner balcony, facing south and west, offers plenty of space for sitting, sunbathing, and relaxing—and, of course, a breathtaking view of the Watzmann and the Berchtesgaden Valley.

The historic centre of Berchtesgaden, with its shops, cafés, and restaurants, is only a few minutes’ drive away. In winter, perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country trails, and romantic winter hiking trails await you.
