Our idyllically situated mountain farm is located at an elevation of 840 metres at the foot of the Kehlstein, nestled amid the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgaden Valley. Surrounded by unspoiled nature, lush meadows, and majestic peaks, you’ll enjoy exceptional peace and privacy here. Since there are neither any settlements nor busy roads in the immediate vicinity, relaxation is guaranteed from the very first day of your holiday. Here, you can see dairy cows and calves in the fields around the house or in the barn. During our barn visit times, you can also get a closer look at them.

ground-floor apartment. The apartment accommodates 2 to 4 people
and combines cosy Alpine charm with modern living comfort. The bright living and dining area features a fully
equipped kitchenette, a cosy corner bench, and a comfortable
sleeper sofa that provides a comfortable place to sleep
for two additional guests. Natural wood elements and tasteful furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and promises restful nights. The modern bathroom features a shower and toilet. A special highlight is the west-facing terrace on thePGJyPgleft side of the house, which overlooks the valley. From here, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun as well as a beautiful view of the Berchtesgaden Valley and the surrounding mountains. The terrace is not fenced in or enclosed, so the adjacent meadows extend right up to the seating area, creating a particularly spacious connection to nature. Access to the terrace is via four steps, which is why the
apartment is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment entrance is located at the
rear of the house, offering a pleasantly quiet and
secluded setting. This holiday rental is ideal for couples, families, or
anyone who wants to enjoy relaxation, nature, and the impressive mountain scenery of the Berchtesgadener
region in a peaceful atmosphere. It is also a perfect
starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions to the region’s numerous
