The cosy Hochkalter holiday apartment on the 1st floor, with 50 m² of living space, can accommodate up to two adults and one child. The kitchenette is open to the living room and fully equipped. It includes a two-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and an electric kettle. Of course, kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware are provided. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, a TV, and a dining area. The bedroom features a double bed. The well-maintained Haus Sonnenschein is situated in a beautiful, quiet location in the Fischmichl residential area of Schönau am Königssee. Numerous hiking trails and cross-country ski trails begin right in front of the house. Königssee is also just three kilometres away via picturesque paths. The house also has good access to public transport (bus stop right behind the house). A washing machine and dryer for shared use are located in the building’s basement and can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi and a private parking space are available free of charge. All 5 holiday apartments feature underfloor heating. Shopping and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.
