Genießen Sie die herrliche Aussicht auf die Berchtesgadener Berge. Zentral und doch ruhig gelegen ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Spaziergänge und Bergtouren. Der Königssee ebenso wie die Jennerbahn, das beheizte Freibad, Geschäfte und Gaststätten sind innerhalb weniger Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Schilift und der Einstieg zur Langlaufloipe liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im großen Garten können Sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Der herrliche Bergblick wird Sie begeistern. Die Wanderwege zum Beispiel zum Königssee oder auf den Grünstein beginnen unweit des Hauses. Der kleine Ortskern von Oberschönau mit Metzger, Bäcker, Bank und Gastwirtschaft ist ca. 800 m, das Zentrum von Schönau mit Tourist-Info, Rathaus, Freibad, Apotheke usw. ist knapp 1 km entfernt. Auch die Kulturstadt Salzburg liegt nur 20 km entfernt. Egal ob Aktiv-Urlaub oder ruhige Erholung ? Bei uns wird ihr Urlaub zum Traumurlaub! Genießen Sie auf der großzügigen Terrasse den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung wurde komplett neu renoviert . Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine. Genießen Sie schon beim Frühstück den herrlichen Blick auf die Berge vom Kehlstein bis zum Jenner. Im großzügigen Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein großer Essplatz, eine Ausziehcouch und ein Flachbildfernseher. Das Bad verfügt über Dusche und WC sowie einen Handtuchwärmer. Haarfön und Handtücher stehen selbstverständlich für Sie bereit. Das separate, ruhige Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Doppelbett. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Wir sind Hundebesitzer und nehmen leider keine Tiere auf.
