The bright apartment was completely renovated in 2019, it has in the entire area underfloor heating.  
  
The apartment is designed with an open kitchen in the living and dining area, the living area has a sofa bed, and a TV with streaming and satellite TV.  
  
In the dining area you can relax with a cozy dinner.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, ceramic hob and a dishwasher. You will find in the kitchen a Erstaustattung of spices and cleaning products.  
  
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.  
  
The bedroom has a 2m x 1.80m double bed and a TV, it is located at the back of the building so you can sleep well.
