Spanning two upper floors, the property comfortably hosts up to 10 guests across four bright bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The versatile sleeping configuration includes two double bedrooms, a bedroom with two single beds, and a fourth bedroom fitted with two single beds alongside a bunk bed. Two full bathrooms—offering options with a bathtub, shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities—ensure smooth morning routines. Children's cots and high chairs are also provided for families travelling with little ones.

Outside, a private garden with a lawn and outdoor terrace complete with garden furniture, a parasol, and barbecue facilities provides an ideal setting for group gatherings overlooking the surrounding mountains and nearby Kurpark.
