The house is ideal for families or couples who want to enjoy peace, nature, and a variety of leisure activities. Living & Comfort Our holiday home was completely modernized in 2024 and offers you a bright, cozy home away from home. On 90 m² of living space, you will find: • A spacious living and dining area • A fully equipped kitchen • Two bedrooms (suitable for 4 people and a baby) \- A master bedroom with a comfortable double bed \- A children's bedroom with a practical bunk bed • A modern bathroom with shower • A practical entrance area with wardrobe Outdoor Area The covered terrace invites you to relax in the fresh air. The outdoor area is continuously being improved – children can already use the slide, swing, and gym bar. A private parking space is available. Please note that the driveway is steep; in heavy snowfall, it may be necessary to park on the village street. The accommodation is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with limited turning space. Bei schlecht Wetter, ist ein Tag im Haus kein Problem, da man es hier super gut aushalten kann, da alles sehr neuwertig und einfach nur schön ist. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach perfekt.
