The 2-room apartment has a bathroom with toilet and shower and its own kitchen. This is among other things well equipped with stove, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge and freezer. The bedroom and the living room with a real wood parquet and are fitted with handmade rustic farmhouse furniture. The spacious east-facing balcony is equipped with a table and (deck) chairs and invites with its picturesque view of the lake, mountains and church for sunny leisure hours. The pleasant tranquility within the apartment is only - depending on your feelings - from the church bells of the directly adjacent St. Sixtus Parish interrupted. In all areas, and in the apartment is non-smoking. The in. 3 Stock located apartment is only accessible via the staircase (there is no lift!). Sheets and towels are provided.

Ferienwohnung Bella Vista, Fam. Lohwasser am Schliersee

Ich habe hier am Schliersee in der Wohnung Bella Vista einen meiner schönsten Urlaube verbracht,da ich durch einen Unfall gesundheitlich etwas eingeschränkt bin z. B. Im laufen war diese Wohnung mit ihrer sensationellen Lage und Nähe zum Ortskern und trotzdem direkt am See gelegen perfekt für mich, ich reiste mit dem Zug an ,weil auch der Bahnhof nur 400m die Straße rauf entfernt liegt hier kann man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen, neben dem Bahnhof ist ein schöner Edeka Markt mit Bäckerei im Eingangsbereich. Aus der Wohnung denWeg hoch an die Ecke liegt das Café Mesner, dort kann man auch gut Frühstücken,,das hab ich allerdings nur einmal genutzt bei Abreise, denn die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch die Küche verfügt über alles was man brauchtauch Kaffeemaschine Wasserkocher,Kühl-Gefrierkombination und vieles mehr, also habe ich mir lieber Kaffee gemacht und mein Frühstück auf demWunderschönen Ostbalkon genossen auf den schon morgens bei Sonnenaufgang schön die Sonne scheint mit herrlichem Blick auf den Schliersee, also dachte ich warum weggehen ?wenn man doch hier so herrlich frühstücken kann, besser geht es fast nicht und für Abends gibt es umliegend genügend Gastronomie mit bayerischem Ambiente und leckeremEssen,oder am See entlang auch schöne kleine Bistro Bars um den Abend am See ausklingen zu lassen, kurz um hier kann man herrliche Urlaube verbringen

Schöne Lage und eine herzliche Gastgeberin

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen und mit allem Ausgestattet was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Leider gibt es kein WLAN. Aber es geht auch mal ohne. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für Naturliebhaber, Sprtler, Wanderer bietet Schliersee sehr viel. Meine Frau und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sehr gerne wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.

Rundherum angenehme Tage, alle waren freundlich, der See mit 22° ein Traum und total erfrischend. Nichts Soektakuläres, aber wunderbar erholsam für Leib und Seele.

Schöne Wohnung am See

Auf unserer Heimreise vom Urlaub haben wir am Schliersee zwei Übernachtungen gebucht. Wir waren froh für die kurze Zeit eine wirklich schöne Wohnung gefunden zu haben. Wir wurden von Frau Lohwasser sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Bettenwaren sehr bequem. Wir kommen gerne wieder (beim nächsten Mal länger!)
