The 74 m² apartment on the first floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and also blackout curtains. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, shower, toilet, and sink. Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room. A washing machine is available for shared use free of charge on the ground floor. Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy. Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details. Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments. These are similarly equipped and furnished. Near the accommodation, you'll find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord cabins. These are available for all apartments in the buildings. The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No major construction work is expected. Die Lage mit Blick auf die Schlei, die nur einen Steinwurf entfernt ist, ist fantastisch. Noch wird in der Nähe fleißig gebaut, der hier durch entstehende Lärm hielt sich in unserer Woche jedoch in erträglichen Grenzen und wir waren uns dessen bei der Buchung durch den ausdrücklichen Hinweis auch bewusst. Wünschenswert wären hier in der Nähe kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zumindestens etwas zum morgendlichen Brötchen holen, dies ist uns zu Fuß dann doch zu weit gewesen, den angebotenen Brötchenservice kann man natürlich alternativ nutzen. Alles in allem waren wir mit der Ferienwohnung sehr zufrieden, auch die Buchung über Port 54 direkt lief super und war sogar günstiger, als über die bekannten anderen Vermittlungsportale.
