The apartment was big and beautiful with a wonderful view.The main problem that ruined the first two days of our vacation was that despite checking before and despite your promises we did not receive the SUMMER CARD and instead of traveling and enjoying ourselves we spent the whole day dealing with it.We spoke to the key holder, as well as customer service including the local office in Schladming. We only received it at the end of the second day and it severely affected our vacation

Tolle Wohnung mit Mängeln

Wunderschöne FeWo mit tollem Blick auf das Dachsteinmassiv. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt durch Mängel in der Sauberkeit getrübt wie z. B. Wollmäuse in den Zimmern und schon älterer Staub in verschiedenen Bereichen. In einem Bad kam aufgrund Verschmutzung übler Geruch aus dem Siphon der Dusche. Ansonsten ließ die Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Angesichts des preislichen Niveau's erwarte ich die Wohnung auch in punkto Sauberkeit auf hohem Niveau. Das war leider nicht so.
