In the centre of Schwalenberg, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the heart of the city, traffic calmed area, 100 m from the stream. For shared use: natural garden 500 m2, meadow 500 m2, orchard 500 m2, courtyard. Barbecue, public parking on the road. Shop, grocery 4 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery 400 m, café 4 km, bus stop "Steinheimer Strasse" 200 m, railway station "Steinheim" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 6 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, children's playground 300 m. Nearby attractions: Externsteine 26 km, Hermannsdenkmal 27 km, Welterbe Corvey 28 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schiedersee 6 km. Please note: car not advisable. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. The owner lives in the same residence. Natural garden with grapevines. The owner has his own vineyard and runs a wine trade. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und ein besonderes Higlight waren Lebensmittel für eine erste umfangreiche Mahlzeit im Kühlschrank. Nebenher kann man vor Ort leckere Weine kosten und nach sachkundiger Beratung erwerben. Die Stadt Schwalenberg ist fabelhaft und sehr geeignet für ein Spaziergang. Die Gastgeber und seine Ehefrau sind sehr nette und liebe Menschen. Im Ferienwohnung fehlt es Ihnen wirklich an nichts. Das Essen, das speziell für uns zubereitet wurde (frischen LachsForellen), war köstlich. Güter Wein aus eigenem Keller, und viele, viele verschiedene alcholische Getränke. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und sehr sauber. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts, sogar Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen stand im Kühlschrank. Über die Wohnung/Einrichtung ist schon einiges geschrieben worden. Ich kann mich da nur anschließen. Alles mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, inkl. Lesestoff für ein ganzes Jahr :-) Wir trafen etwas später ein, hatten dies vorher telefonisch abgestimmt. Der Empfang ging weit über freundlich hinaus - man kann es durchaus als freundschaftlich bezeichnen. Mit den Vermietern, die im gleichen Haus wohnen, wird man innerhalb von Minuten warm und an fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Ich bin dort hingefahren, um etwas Pause zu machen, zu wandern und Zeit für mich zu haben. Es war eine wundervoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in der ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Die Vermieter haben uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns den Kühlschrank für das erste Frühstück gefüllt. Auf ihre Unterstützung konnten wir jederzeit zählen. Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung vor, in der es an nichts fehlte. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Im Kühlschrank waren frische Lebensmittel für ein erstes Frühstück hinterlegt. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin. De eigenaars zijn zeer gastvrij en doen er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Beneden hebben ze een kleinschalig restaurant waar je heerlijk kunt eten met dito wijnbegeleiding.
