SPACIOUS LIVING FOR SIX

The spacious living room forms the heart of the apartment. There is plenty of room to have breakfast together, enjoy a long dinner or simply relax on the sofa after a day exploring Zeeland.

The open-plan kitchen connects naturally with the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. It features an induction hob, dishwasher, combination oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and kettle. All the necessary kitchen utensils are also provided.

For coffee lovers, there is a fully automatic bean-to-cup coffee machine. Start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and beautiful views over the Oosterschelde.

SLEEPING SPACE FOR SIX

The apartment has three sleeping areas and comfortably accommodates six guests. Two bedrooms are located in the apartment and each has a double bed. The third sleeping area is situated on the atmospheric mezzanine and also has a double bed.

The spacious bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. This is particularly convenient when staying with six people.

OUTDOOR LIVING BY THE WATER

The spacious terrace is one of the apartment's most inviting features. From here, you have direct views over the Oosterschelde. Take a seat on the lounge set, enjoy a drink or sit down for a relaxed meal outdoors.

There is also an electric barbecue, allowing you to cook and dine outside on a sunny evening.

During the appropriate season, you can search for oysters along the Oosterschelde from Residentie De Zeester. Head out, collect your own Zeeland oysters and bring them back to the apartment. You can then prepare them on the electric barbecue and enjoy them outside, with a view of the very water they came from.

BRASSERIE DE ZEESTER

Brasserie De Zeester is located on the ground floor of Residentie De Zeester. Here, you can enjoy a cup of coffee, a drink, lunch or dinner while taking in the views over the Oosterschelde.

So you do not always have to get in the car for a delicious meal. Simply walk downstairs from the apartment and take a seat.

Please note: Brasserie De Zeester is closed on Mondays.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED

Everything has been considered for a comfortable stay. The apartment features underfloor heating, a smart TV, free WiFi and a washing machine.

There is plenty of free parking around Residentie De Zeester. There are also parking spaces where you can park a boat trailer. You can bring your own boat and launch it here free of charge, which is ideal for a day of boating, fishing or other water activities on the Oosterschelde.

The apartment also has its own private storage room on the ground floor, which is free to use during your stay. You can store bicycles here as well, so you can easily bring your own bikes.

THE OOSTERSCHELDE CLOSE BY

The location of De Wulk is one of the apartment's highlights. Residentie De Zeester is located directly on the Oosterschelde, and you can enjoy direct views of the water from both the apartment and the terrace.

The location is particularly appealing to diving enthusiasts: a well-known diving spot on the Oosterschelde is less than 500 metres away.

But there is plenty to discover without getting on the water. Take a walk along the coast, cycle through the Zeeland polders or explore the villages and towns in the surrounding area.

And during oyster season, you can experience the Zeeland waters in a completely different way. Search for oysters yourself, bring them back and prepare them on the electric barbecue. It is a wonderful way to bring a little piece of the Oosterschelde directly to your own terrace.

DISCOVER ZEELAND

From Scherpenisse, you can easily explore the island of Tholen and the rest of Zeeland. Cycle along the dikes, walk through De Pluimpot nature reserve or visit Yerseke, famous for its Zeeland oysters and mussels.

For a day of shopping, enjoying a drink on a terrace or exploring local culture, Goes and Bergen op Zoom are both great destinations.
