They must have recently renovated the bathroom it had a nice new walk in shower and was very clean however it is raised about 4 inches above the original floor and we kept tripping when walking in and out of the bathroom. "Room was very comfortable and clean. King sized bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant because there was a huge thunderstorm and it was very nice. The gym was well equipped. We didn’t use any of the spa services as we were only there one night."

"The high point is the staff, very helpful and courteous. Also, a complimentary drink which was very refreshing due to the extreme heat. Room 35 was a sauna! There was no fan but luckily after contacting the front desk late that evening they were able to resolve the issue. Then when we came to take a shower to cool down, around 10 pm, there was no cold water in the shower. Only 2 temperatures, hot and boiling hot. We did not contact the front desk since it was late in the evening and we were leaving at 7 am."

"The hotel was overall very pleasant and convenient to eating locations and some of the attractions of Arnhem. We walked there easily from the train station but taking a taxi probably would have been more prudent. The hotel was extremely well located for one night stay as it is about 5 minutes from our river cruise dock location."
