Enjoy the peace and quiet and relax - far away from everyday life - in our Tilia domicile, newly furnished in 2022 and classified with 4 stars by the DTV.



The charming apartment has a large and bright living/dining area and two bedrooms, which are furnished with comfortable double beds.

The high-quality fitted kitchen is fully equipped. There is a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher as well as an induction hob with oven and microwave.



The bathroom has a shower, WC and bidet.

Practical built-in furniture and the large mirror underline the simple elegance. Daylight lamps and an illuminated vanity mirror help you start the day and transform the bathroom into an oasis of well-being.



The apartment has its own sun terrace with garden furniture and hanging umbrella.



You don't have to do without your usual comfort in the apartment either.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating which exudes a cozy warmth. All windows have high-quality fly screens. Numerous pieces of built-in carpentry furniture have been perfectly integrated into the apartment.

The current HD LED TV as well as the WLAN and DAB+ radio ensure entertaining stays. Of course, Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

Several night lights are available for families with children!



1-3 parking spaces are available on the private property in front of the house.

A lockable garage is available for your e-bikes. The batteries can also be charged here.
