Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach den Fotos. Auch das Gebäude und das Grundstück waren ordentlich und sauber. Zum Strand max. 5 Minuten und zur Promenade vllt 15 Minuten zu Fuß. War ein schöner Urlaub, leider wie immer, viel zu kurz

Schöne Wohnung mit überraschend bequemen Bett. Tolle Lage und Nähe zum Meer. War alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Nur leider war keine Bettwäsche inklusive und sehr teuer dazuzubuchen. Haben unsere eigene Bettwäsche mitgebracht.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr schön eingerichtet. Habe auch auf der Couch prima schlafen können. Rundum ein toller Urlaub gewesen. Nochmal ein Kompliment an die Putzkollone, die diese Wohnung reinigen. Ich habe noch nie eine so saubere und reine Wohnung vorfinden dürfen. Nochmals ganz lieben Dank.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und man ist zu Fuß schnell an der Promenade. Die Dusche ist etwas sehr eng, aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Mit der richtigen Größe, hat man sogar Meer-blick. Das Schlaf-Sofa als Bett ist auch In Ordnung, als Sofa ist es aber eher schlecht nutzbar, da das Leder sehr rutschig ist. Aber war nicht dramatisch.

Das Schlaf Sofa ist sehr schlecht und nicht zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung von der Wohnung ist ziemlich gering. Es gibt leider keine Vorhänge um das Tageslicht zu verringern nur Rollos die nicht viel Tageslicht abhalten. Die Unterbringung für die Fahrräder ist sehr mühsam zu erreichen. ( Keller) Ohne eine Zweite Person nicht hinzu bekommen. Um eine Kleinigkeit zu Kochen ist die Küche ok aber ansonsten viel zu klein. Für maximal zwei Personen ok

Freundliche, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Das Problem mit der Bienen-Einflugschneise über der Balkontür, wurde schnell gelöst. Der freundliche telefonische Kontakt zum Hausmeister und die Terminierung eines Kammerjägers ging sehr schnell, sodass hier am nächsten Morgen alles erledigt war. Schöne, modern eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Alle Küchenutensilien und Geschirr was man braucht ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Schlafsofa ist in Ordnung und im Handumdrehen umgebaut Der sonnige Balkon hat eine gute Größe, mit etwas Meerblick. Zum Strand sind es wenige Meter (etwa 200m) zu gehen. Morgens zum Brötchen holen oder einkaufen benötigt man ein Fahrrad oder Auto. Die Promenade ist etwa 1Kilometer entfernt.
