Welcome to La Maison Eichenweg, Apartments 1 + 3

This stylish, ground-floor 3-room apartment, furnished with an eye for detail, offers the perfect holiday experience for up to 5 people (4 adults and 1 child aged 10 or older) in a total area of 100 m².

Relax in the spacious living/dining room. Here, a comfortable sofa arrangement awaits you. It can be electronically extended on the left side to create a fifth sleeping spot. A large flat-screen TV invites you to enjoy cosy evenings watching TV. Meals can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere at the large dining table with comfortable chairs.

These meals can be prepared in the separate kitchen. Numerous kitchen appliances—including a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, a separate freezer with three compartments, and a dishwasher—ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee at the high table in the kitchen.

Both bedrooms feature double beds with a sleeping area of 1.80 x 2.0 m (each with separate mattresses measuring 0.90 x 2.0 m). Both rooms have a closet and a TV.

The large south/west-facing terrace with an adjacent green area is accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. On this south/west side, there are electronic exterior roller shutters and pleated blinds for blackout.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a bathtub, a heated towel rack, a mirror cabinet, and a hair dryer. There is an additional guest bathroom with a toilet and sink.

The apartment has two outdoor parking spaces as well as an underground parking space (not suitable for SUVs or wider cars!). Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment.

Just 200 m from the beach lies this beautiful holiday home at Eichenweg 10. The house is situated in a quiet, idyllic location and invites guests to relax and enjoy their holiday.
In about a 10-minute walk, you can reach the town centre with its cosy restaurants, charming boutiques, and cafes. From the cosy two-room apartments, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea. One underground parking space is available for each car.
