New to the rental market starting in 2026:

This 3-room apartment offers a holiday with a stunning view of the Baltic Sea. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 children aged 12 and older are welcome) and is located on the 4th floor.
Thanks to the lift, you can easily reach the apartment, and a private parking space is also available. Children aged 12 and older are welcome.

3-room duplex holiday apartment in Scharbeutz on the 4th floor (lift in the building) in a prime location with an east-facing balcony and a great ocean view.
The living room offers guests a couch, TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The open-concept kitchenette is also integrated here, featuring a stove, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, and a dishwasher. From here, you can access the covered, furnished balcony and enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

The first bedroom is located on this level and is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom (a loft-style bedroom) is accessible from the hallway via a staircase and also features a double bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m). A bathroom with a shower and toilet completes the apartment’s amenities.

Free Wi-Fi is available to guests.
Coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for use in the building for a fee.
Non-smoking apartment. Dogs are not permitted.

A parking space at the building and a bicycle storage room are available to guests free of charge.
An electric vehicle charging station is available on the car park. Use of the station can be booked as an optional service for a flat rate of €40.00 per stay. (subject to availability)
Alternatively, flexible charging is available via a QR code directly at the charging station (payment by credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Billing is automatic, and the invoice is sent via email.
The current rate is €0.60 per kWh (as of April 2026)

There is a swimming pool on the ground floor (closed from Dec. 1–Dec. 15 due to maintenance work) as well as an infrared sauna
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room in the basement with three different professional exercise machines. For guests of all ages, there is a sports and games room with a high-quality ping-pong table and foosball table, as well as a wide variety of age-appropriate toys.

A fee of €6.00 per day (regardless of the number of people) is charged for use of the swimming pool and the fitness room. The swimming pool and fitness room are open daily from 07:00-20:00.

This family-friendly holiday home features an lift and is just a stone’s throw from the expansive, fine-sand beach
. Only the Dünenmeile, with its cosy restaurants, cafés, and—not to mention—great boutiques, separates the complex from the magnificent beach.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a swimming pool (closed from Dec. 1–15 for maintenance) and an infrared sauna.
In addition, you’ll find a fitness room with cardio equipment in the basement. For our younger guests, there is a sports and games room with a ping-pong table, foosball table, and dartboard.
A fee of €6.00 per day is charged for use of the swimming pool and fitness room. The swimming pool is open daily from 07:00-20:00.
There are also bicycle parking spaces here, as well as a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers. The parking spaces are located behind the building; access is via Muschelstieg, which is controlled by a gate. You can charge your electric vehicle in the guest car park at a 22 kW Type 2 charging station using electricity from renewable energy sources (for a fee).
