Welcome to the Strandvilla, Apartment 7!
A modern two-bedroom ground-floor apartment awaits you, featuring two terraces facing southeast and southwest, accommodating up to 4 guests. Enjoy the sound of the sea!

The comfortable living area, featuring a sleeper sofa (160 cm x 200 cm), two cosy recliners with footstools, a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful terrace with seating, is perfect for total relaxation. The LCD TV with cable, stereo radio, and Wi-Fi enhance this experience.
The open, bright kitchenette with an oven, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher ensures a relaxed cooking experience. The electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker add to this convenience.
The sleeping area, featuring a double bed (separate mattresses, 90 cm x 200 cm), carefully selected décor, and an additional flat-screen TV, lets you unwind at night.
The spacious bathroom, featuring a toilet, walk-in shower, plenty of storage space, and good lighting, is also available.

There is an lift in the building.

A bike storage room, washing machine, and dryer are available in the basement for a coin fee.

A seasonal beach chair from 15.05.26-15.09.26 is included and available for your use on the beach.

An outdoor parking space is available.

This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog is welcome; a second is allowed only upon request!

The distance to the beach is 20 metres.
