    It features a cosy living-bedroom with a comfortable double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV, a TV chair, and a furnished balcony.

    The open kitchenette is equipped with an oven and dishwasher. The dining table seats 4 people. The separate bedroom, featuring a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), a mirrored wardrobe, and 2 nightstands, also has a balcony where you can relax. An electric roller shutter ensures a restful, undisturbed night’s sleep. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a practical mirrored cabinet. The apartment has hardwood floors.
    A seasonal beach chair is available free of charge from May 15 to September 15, 2026, on the “Weiß” section of the beach.
    An underground parking space is available. There is no bicycle storage available in this complex.
    Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the building. Pets are not allowed! This is a non-smoking apartment!
