The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable seating area, a sleeper sofa (180 cm x 200 cm), a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful east-facing terrace with seating and a magnificent sea view, is perfect for complete relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and Wi-Fi access enhance this experience.

The large kitchenette, equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.

The cosy sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, separate mattresses) lets you unwind at night.

The modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, plenty of storage space, and good lighting rounds out the apartment.

For a carefree stay, you’ll find a sauna, washing machine, and coin-operated dryer in the basement.

A lawn for sunbathing and a barbecue area are located behind the house.

A beach chair for the 2026 season is available free of charge.

The beachfront residence is located right on the shore of Lübeck Bay. Almost all apartments offer a direct view of the sea. The apartments are tastefully furnished and comfortably equipped. The large lawn behind the building is perfect for barbecuing or playing games. You’ll find peace and relaxation in the on-site sauna. Restaurants, shops, and recreational and shopping opportunities are nearby. There are 2- to 3-room apartments with a terrace or balcony and direct or side views of the sea. Parking spaces are available on-site. A washing machine and dryer are located in the building. A lawn with a barbecue area behind the building is available for guests to use for barbecuing (charcoal).
