The new open-concept kitchen, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, offers a dining area for 3 people. The separate bedroom contains a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a wardrobe.
The modern shower room with toilet completes the apartment. Pleated blinds are installed in front of the windows for privacy.
A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement for a fee.
An underground parking space is available in a duplex garage! Double parking space! / Double parking space with lift platform, for cars up to 2,000 kg
