This exceptionally beautiful 3-room holiday apartment invites you to enjoy a relaxing, wonderful, and unforgettable holiday in Scharbeutz. The promenade and the beach are just a few steps away (less than 100 metres). With two bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area, there’s plenty of room here for four people to spread out.

The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The living area features a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi access. The kitchenette is modern and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and everything you need on holiday.

The spacious bedrooms are each furnished with a large double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a TV. To ensure it’s neither too bright nor too warm while you sleep, you can close the electric exterior shutters throughout the entire apartment. Additionally, the entire apartment is equipped with fly screens. The bathroom features a cosy atmosphere, a beautiful walk-in shower, and a washing machine.

Outside, a lovely, sheltered south/west-facing terrace with attractive furniture and an awning invites you to relax and soak up the sun. The spa park is located in the immediate vicinity. Across the street, you’ll find a bike rental shop, an artificial turf mini-golf course, and a children’s playground.
The apartment includes one underground parking space (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.98 m) as well as a lockable basement storage area that provides ample space for bicycles, handcarts, or similar items. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking apartment.
