Information about the “Casa Verde” Apartment
Our “Casa Verde” holiday apartment offers you a stylish and cosy home for your Baltic Sea holiday on the ground floor of the house. Furnished with great attention to detail, it accommodates up to four people—ideal for couples, families, or friends.
The light-filled living room, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa and a modern smart TV, invites you to relax. You can also sit back with a good book or a card game and wind down at the end of the day.📚
The living room opens onto the terrace, a place to unwind. Furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture, it offers the perfect setting to enjoy the fresh sea air in a peaceful atmosphere and unwind.
The cosy bedroom features a comfortable double bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed. 🛏️ Storage space for your luggage is also available. Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.
The spacious kitchenette is fully equipped and ideal for self-catering. A built-in dishwasher provides added convenience for everyday use.
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.🚿Amenities also include a hair dryer and ample counter space. Toilet paper is also provided, so you can feel completely at home from the very first moment.
There is no laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, but an iron and ironing board are available for your use.

A parking space can be booked for an additional 25€ per day. Advance reservation is required.

The municipality of Scharbeutz charges a visitor’s tax, the amount of which varies by season. This fee is not included in this booking and must be paid upon arrival at the Scharbeutz Tourist Information Office.
