There is also a separate kitchen with dining area and a shower room. Outside this cottage there is ample off road parking and shared use of extensive gardens. The Loft is a lovely romantic retreat for those that wish to explore the towns, villages and countryside in and around the North York Moors.

The scattered village of Staintondale is situated within the North Yorkshire Moors midway between the fishing town of Whitby, and the Spa town of Scarborough. The Staintondale Shire Horse Farm is just down the road, plus there is a network of footpaths and bridleways in the village.
