We really enjoyed our stay the location was ideal for the beach/sea front and also the town, the staff were very welcoming and helpful we will definitely stay again.
Staff at breakfast were very attentive, breakfast grill was made up with locally sourced products, all of which were of high quality and well presented.
Room was very clean little old fashioned but in keeping with the hotel building we thought was a lovely stay
We stayed one night bed comfy lots of tea/coffee available in room.
Breakfast area very quaint and plenty of choice and great quality
Staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again
However parking spaces outside were too small and we were unable to get into car but this is not the hotels fault the council
Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.
Very clean and well looked after, everything you needed, good breakfast, friendly staff .
Room a little on small side but a very large generous Lounge .
Lovely little hotel, very central to town. We chose the hotel as we were there for a festival at the Spa, it is just a few minutes away from Scarborough Spa. The staff are friendly and very kind. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around, and it's just a short stroll to the beach. The hotel also provides earplugs as the seagulls can get rather loud.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Well located clean and tidy hotel; but the lift (next to our room) was both noisy and antiquated
Almost a home from home, clean room, comfortable bed, lovely breakfast served by friendly staff that couldn't do enough for you.
Also a surprise Easter chocolate gift.
It will be my first consideration when returning to Scarborough.
We enjoyed our stay in small, pleasant calm hotel.good Location near lift to the beach. Will book again in future.
Bit puzzled about box of earplugs on dresser.

Arrived but unable to park near the property which was a concern due to mobility issues despite stating self parking available.
Bedroom was well equipped but small.
Did not have breakfast so cannot comment. For the price we paid, it would have been better if it did come with some breakfast !
This is an elegant B&B establishment, situated right in the centre of Scarborough, giving access to beaches and buses, station and shops, as well as restaurants and the renowned SJT Theatre. Despite being an elderly building, the rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts of a very high standard, with friendly, attentive service. Parking (as everywhere in the town) can be difficult, but loading and unloading is permitted outside the hotel and car parks are within easy reach. A most enjoyable visit which we hope to repeat.
