Beachwood Cottage at Pine Point

Ocean lovers welcome at this charming year-round beach house perfectly located across from 7-miles of sandy beach and walking distance to nearby restaurants! This home features 3 bedrooms, a spacious full bath, open concept on the first floor, 3 season porch overlooking a fabulous backyard with a fire pit and so much more! Every detail has been thought out down to the exterior light fixtures which are antique nautical lights from old boats!

All three bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom does have its own air conditioning unit, and there is no air conditioning on the first floor.
