"7 sleepless nights caused by heavy footsteps from unit directly above 108. The floors were filthy. Our feet are black. The room was never cleaned and we had to ask for towels and toiletries etc. Disappointed."

"Check-in went well. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was relatively clean although it did have a bit of an odd smell. More attention could be paid to sweeping along the baseboards and under the desk and furniture. There were some stains on the bedsheets which looked like spilled coffee. ..."
