The house is on two floors with a private garden of 200 sqmt and with an outdoor table.  
On the ground floor a large living room with dining table and a small fully equipped kithchen. Upstairsthere are two bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. From the master bedroom the wiew extends to the sea in the distance which is about half an hour away.

#### Einfach nur schön…

Traumhafte Lage 🤩, ruhige Umgebung, gepflegtes Haus, wie auch die gesamte Anlage. Die Poollandschaft ist großartig angelegt, der Pool ist sehr groß - da kann man schon seine Längen schwimmen .Die Bewässerungsanlage bewässert leider nicht nur den Rasen, sondern den gesamten Garten inkl. Terrasse mit Tisch und Sesseln und sogar Fassade und Terrassentüren bis 1m Höhe. Kein Wunder, daß die Badesachen am Wäscheständer nicht trocken werden ! Das WLAN bietet leider keine akzeptable Bandbreite.
