The staff is polite and the overall stay has added to our positive experience in Dresden. The breakfast buffet has got broad options, including beverages. The Ibis Dresden Zentrum is a 3-star hotel, with value for money for sure and at a central location with proximity to churches, shopping malls, cafes and sightseeing spots."

I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful."
