Room price was reasonable, clean room, but someone used the toilet bowl before we got to the room, and forgot to flush the toilet thats - point. Overall the room is ok.
But one thing I'm very disappointed is the parking. Very very pricey, even you purchased overnight still very pricey.
Hopefully the owner will lower the price specially for the guest who staying. And one thing it bothered me the most, the smell in the garage was terrible, smell sewer but because the drainage is clog up, so the water stays in the canal and that make the whole garage stink.

When I first looked at the rate in August, it was about US$150 a night. When I decided to book the hotel the rate jumped to almost US$220 per night. Make sure you compare the rate with the other 5* properties in the neighbourhood.
