Staff was very friendly and helpful. Always available. The location of this hotel was fantastic as it was right by the beach. The breakfast was also really great with lots of options to pick from. They also have a helpful app with lots of info about places to eat and things to do. I strongly recommend you stay at the Up Hotel in Rimini.

This hotel is conveniently located 2 blocks from the main city center squares. Very good restaurants nearby for espresso pastries or Bolognese pasta or a sandwich on forcasia bread. Hotel owner is very personable and eager to help. My room and all areas are very clean and met my solo needs well. Lots of guidance from Paulo helped me with directions or decisions. The lounge has a coffee machine and vending machine( pay with coin) plus a simple breakfast (although I went out) I call it a 3 star class hotel. I recommend it highly!
