We have designed La Truffière so that your holidays rhyme with comfort, calm and conviviality.
Each room has its own private bathroom and toilet, guaranteeing privacy for everyone. Enjoy a completely renovated gîte, fully equipped!

• Large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker + Senseo)
• Spacious living room / dining room (80 m²): two sofas, TV opening onto a terrace thanks to a large bay window

• Small bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm, direct garden access

Floor (steep staircase):
• 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) with private shower room/WC
• 2 connecting bedrooms:
• 1: two 70 cm beds, shower room, separate toilet
• 2: a double bed 140 cm
• Each bedroom has wardrobes or chests of drawers, velux with curtain, duvets, blankets and pillows 63*63.

• Large terrace shaded by a fabric curtain pergola, facing south: breakfast in the sun guaranteed!
• A few steps to access the fully enclosed flower garden offering a magnificent view of the truffle field and the valley.
• Small covered outbuilding: garden furniture, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue.
• Parking Private room at the back of the cottage (2 cars).
• Safe play area for children (shared swing).
• The building includes 3 independent rentals (wall + separating screen).

• Linen: Sheets and towels – 30 € /room (mattress pads and tea towels provided free of charge)
• Cleaning: 100 € (bins emptied, dishes put away, laundry left in the laundry room, cleaning products provided)
• Pets: on request; supplement 3 €/day
• Winter heating: electricity in addition — individual metre (open on request, metre read at the beginning and end of the stay - 0.27 per kWh or about 15€ per day)
• Electric car charging: 4 € per recharge (after agreement)
• Baby/child equipment: plastic crockery, high chair, cot, stroller, bath, deckchair, changing mat, potty, stair barrier, games/toys, books, etc.
• Tourist tax included in the Vrbo rate

• Activities: Canoeing, hiking, paragliding, swimming, aquariums, amusement parks (Jacquou Parc, Village du Bournat)
• Gourmet markets: Sarlat, Le Bugue, Périgueux, Bergerac (vineyards to visit!)
• On site: Walks in the forest at 50 m, free visit of the truffle field and, if the season allows it, introduction to truffle picking in the company of the dog "Just", the faithful companion of the owner's father.
