Beautiful hotel from entry to roof top restaurant/ bar. Staff very courteous and friendly. Definitely would recommend and will stay on our next visit to Savannah!
The hotel and the room was extremely well maintained. It was within walking distance of everything in the historical district, and the staff was welcoming, friendly, and informational.
The location was perfect for exploring the Historic District and River Street. The staff was friendly and helpful! We loved it and would definitely stay again!
The room was clean, new, and beautiful! Location was perfectly close to everything, the rooftop is so nice. And my absolute favorite thing was the water filling station for your water bottles.
Brand new hotel, rooms with good space. Bathroom and shower were very spacious and modern. Restaurants in 1st floor and 7th floor are great, with delicious food.
The property was very nice and the staff were fine. There was no pool, nor complimentary coffee in the lobby. The overnight parking fee of $58 was exorbitant. The breakfast we had in the attached restaurant was very good with large portions for a very reasonable price.
We had moved from another hotel due to noise and bad cleanliness to the Tempo.
It saved our vaca in Savannah. This place great, clean, newer, great staff and great location
Check in and check out staff were amazing.
I did walk out with daughter to parking deck late hours and we both forgot our keys.
Do not forget your key after hours. The front desk when we rung the bell only answered you need a key so we stood there for 10 mins and could see her sitting at desk.
She did not let us in or move. She just responded you need your key.
For safety to the staff and for a pleasant experience- don’t forget your key if you left something in your car.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This location was in the heart of Savannah and in an area where there is a lot of shops and restaurant you can walk to. It is just 20 minutes away from the airport. Paid parking only and that was $28.00 a day.
The staff was kind but the room was not clean, floors were sticky and when I called to the front desk they said cleaning service is done every other day unless requested. I requested the room to be cleaned and the front desk said they put in the request. I stayed there three days and the room was never cleaned.
I didn't like that rooftop barn restaurant was not open till 5 PM. I really miss having a pool. We stayed at your Nashville!!!! location and the pool was fabulous Fabulous.
This is an excellent property. It is brand new so everything was just right. The staff is fantastic and welcoming. The location is good and very walkable to the river, the market and city squares. We would highly recommend this property.

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
We specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop bar, I called many times before our reservation and no one mentioned that there was a private ticket event the night we booked our room until we checked in. Additionally, the front desk lady was rude and cold but the guy manager was kind. The shower had pubes in it and was dirty but the bed seemed fine. For the price this place wasn’t worth it considering there so many other places nearby that are probably better and more affordable.
I loved the welcoming vibes/energy from the entire staff as soon as we pulled up to the valet entrance throughout the hotel to the front desk. My wifey and I made history being the 1st one in room 220 (new hotel/2nd day of being open) as well as the street address being 220. The entire experience here was priceless, meaning Hotel Tempo is off to a award winning start!!!!
