Sweet Garden Home on Jones Street Across From Clary's by Lucky Savannah

Tucked away behind the massive oak trees is Jones Street Hideaway, a quaint garden-level apartment beneath a 200-year-old estate. Guests will enjoy waking to the sounds of horse-drawn carriages, and spending a slow afternoon walking to the famous Clary's Cafe for brunch.

Enter through the courtyard into your two-bedroom garden apartment. The living area is furnished for comfort with two leather sofas and a large flat-screen TV. A full size kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, with a dining table fit for four.

Both bedrooms have Queen size beds, and each have access to the full bath with standing shower. This home is ideal for the couple looking to have a quiet respite after a long day of exploring downtown.

Savannah Girls Weekend

We had a great weekend in Savannah! Our accommodations were clean and as pictured, and the check-in/check-out process was very straightforward. The location was absolutely perfect - we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go!

Perfection

The location, on beautiful Jones Street and less than a block away from Lafayette Square, could not be better. The property itself was clean and perfect for our mom who has mobility issues. Cannot recommend this enough.

Perfect Savannah home away from home

The home was beautiful! Clean and comfortable and very nicely furnished. Perfect location, walking distance to all the sites. Great little diner, Clary's right across the street.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect location for walking to a number of the beautiful squares as well as historical homes and restaurants! Only concern we ever had was parking but that usually worked out too.

Cool little apartment in historical Savannah

We loved the property! Located on beautiful Jones St in historic Savannah. Unit was clean and well stocked. Right across the street from yummy Clary's. The shared community courtyard is a beautiful spot.

The apartment is beautiful. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our family. Easy check in/out. Super comfortable beds. Gorgeous location within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Clary’s is a must for breakfast!

Long weekend

We wanted a place within walking distance to downtown and this property was perfect. Clean and quiet, with a nice garden area you could use to sit in to enjoy coffee. It is just about a 20 minute drive to the airport so it’s very convenient. We would recommend, especially if you do not have a car and want to be a short walk from historic district.

Perfect location

Only blocks from tourist sites. Beautiful street. Comfortable beds and linens. Nothing in kitchen by way of spices-just salt, pepper, and LOTS of sugar packets. One pot packet of coffee. Grocery Store-Krogers-is 0.4 miles away. Very quiet courtyard, perfect for drinking coffee in morning or wine at night. Would stay again.

Great Find!

Have stayed here twice. Location is AWESOME, even has free on street parking close by. Cozy, lower level unit so not much natural light. Kitchen accessories are minimal, but we ate out at all the lovely cafes and restaurants so no biggie for us. Clary’s is right across the street and highly recommend the pecan pancakes! Little outdoor table and seating was great for morning coffee. Smart TV allowed us to connect to our apps in the evening too. Single bathroom with doors that open to both bedrooms. Plenty of towels and supplies. Great little spot.

Perfect Spot

Came to Savannah to check out SCAD and see the sights. This was the perfect spot for 3 of us. So central, on BEAUTIFUL Jones St., and we found free parking right around the corner. It’s kitty-corner from Clary’s Restaurant, a MUST for breakfast (an a famous spot from the movie too). Space would be dark if you are staying there during the day, but we were gone most days. 10-15 min walk to everything. Lucky Savannah was very easy to work with. Highly recommend if you are looking for something in the Historic District.

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location on Jones Street. The view of the street is just gorgeous! It is little hard to figure out where our apartment was at first because it was off to the side and back behind gated area. The apartment is cute and has sufficient supply’s for the stay. Does have a few things that need to be addressed. There is a moldy smell as soon as you walk in and I reported to the office. The pillows are very flat, WiFi isn’t the best the tv buffers a lot, bedroom needs blinds to keep out outside lights.But overall the place is nice just could use few things to make it nicer.

Even though it was Memorial Day, they were still open and were able to store our luggage for the afternoon so we could still enjoy our day.

AWESOME STAY AT JONES STREET HIDEAWAY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start by saying we LOVED our stay in Savannah and the rental property was very nice and the location was perfect. Close to so many things to see. These suggestions aren't complaints but small things that we believe would make a big improvement to the property. The bathroom should have some more towel racks and maybe a towel hook outside the shower. We found ourselves having to dry towels over chairs in the kitchen. Provide a pad of paper and pen in the kitchen for writing things down and making lists. There were no boxes of kleenex in the home. At least 2 should be provided. A pair of scissors in the kitchen would be helpful. There was one fan stored in the closet in one bedroom. It came in very handy. A second fan would be helpful. The family room needs either a coffee table or end table by the couch. I found myself sitting and watching TV in the evening with no place to set my beverage but on the floor. The house comes with one packet of coffee. I would suggest one pack for each day you are renting. It would also be nice to have a small collapsible cooler in the home with some freezer packs to utilize for a trip to the park. The property description states that the parking on the street is metered parking M-F between 8:00 and 5:00. That doesn't seem to be the case. There are no numbered spots on the street that I could see anywhere, so there is no ability to pay for parking. I also read something that said parking is free South of Libert or Harris (can't remember which), and East of Abercorn. The Jones Street Hideaway is in the location that the online publication said was Free Parking. The home was comfortable and well maintained. I had several questions prior to our stay and the property management company was super helpful and very prompt with their response. We highly recommend the property and would not hesitate to stay there again.
