Perfect location in Savannah
My husband, son, and I spent a weekend at this wonderful home in Savannah. It's in a quiet, yet central, location, and had free easy parking righ in front. With Forsyth park nearby and the waterfront just a quick uber ride away, we were in the best location for exploring the city. We loved the patio and balcony areas as well as everything inside the home. We'll definitely stay here again the next time we're in Savannah.

Great place
We came for a destination wedding for my brother and we brought our kids. We were walking distance to the Forsyth park and had early morning strolls and coffee there. The home had everything and more you could need. Fantastic layout and just overall solid place, we will stay here again!

Very Cozy and Perfectly Located
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is a block from Forysth Park, which was ideal. We walked nearly everywhere we visited in Savannah. Upon our arrival, we could smell that it had been deeply cleaned between guests. The decor is very welcoming, and the kitchen is well-stocked. Whenever we were relaxing, we were able to play games at the dining room table. The couple who was with us said their bed was one of the most comfortable they had ever slept in. We also appreciated the large closets. It was the perfect home-away-from-home. We will stay here again when we return to Savannah.

Lovely lodging in a great location!
My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful location to explore the beautiful city of Savannah. House was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations. We would not hesitate to book this place again, and hopefully we will!

The location of the home was fabulous and the parking was easy. The home was warm, welcoming and very clean. It was perfect for the 2 couples that stayed. We both had king beds and our own bathrooms. During our stay, the townhouse next door was in the process of being renovated. This was not communicated to us before our stay and perhaps the owner did not know. We were there during the week and I'm wondering if the construction crew is not there on the weekend. They started promptly at 7:30am with music, pounding and hammering and were there until 5:30pm. Not that the owner could do anything about this, it would just have been nice to know. I did not reflect this in my rating. The home was beautiful and access was easy. Construction is temporary - we were just the lucky ones!

Highly Recommend! Beautiful Location***
This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Not only is it in a prime location the townhouse itself is beautiful with multiple bathrooms an additional shower downstairs, but it has the best mattresses! I would compare them to the top rated luxury hotels I’ve stayed in. The master bedroom has a balcony with stairs to the downstairs patio area that is connected to the kitchen. It was clean, and fresh smelling! And they even have charging cubes, laptop available for use, extension cords, and multiple other cute little touches like books and games for use. We will definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to anyone I know traveling into Savannah!

Historic Savannah Getaway
This historic house was perfect for our family vacation in Savannah. While holding onto its historic roots, it had all the modern amenities to make our stay wonderful. It is located right by Forsyth Park where the true history of Savannah starts. And all the wonderful historic squares with beautiful architecture and wonderful restaurants are just a short walk from there. We particularly enjoyed one of the walking ghost tours at night.

Furnishings very disappointing
Pictures are deceiving. Looks very upscale and then you get there and it is decorated so poorly. Things that you find along side of the road in Pensacola. It was clean. Nice washer and dryer. Slept well on couch. Location is what makes it. I am guessing that is why you get the money you do is because of location. Also the parking was wonderful.

Lovely home right by Forsythe Park
Beautiful home within walking distance from the beautiful Forsythe park. Convenient location for walking to restaurants, shops, squares and cafes! Comfortable beds and lovely decor. Patio area is nice and the trees are fragrant and lovely! Our family truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Perfect Place for Wedding Weekend!
Stunning! We need a place that was halfway between our wedding venue and our family staying downtown and just outside of Savannah and the location was perfect! One block away from the Forsyth fountain made for easy access for our pre ceremony photos with our family. With the two large rooms, pull out couch and three bathrooms the house was great for getting ready and for our first night as husband and wife! Will definitely be recommending it to friends and family looking for a place around downtown with easy access to other areas of Savannah

My stay
Drove 12 hours from St.louis get down there of course Hurricane Idalia blew through the area knocking out the power to the unit, so night 1 was horrible sleeping cause room are upstairs and it’s hot!! Day 2 comes we go to check out Tybee island and parts of the city we come back and the electricity is back on but now the A/c won’t work called the management office cause it took forever to get a message back from them on the message board. Let them know about the unit said they will have to try to get somebody over there and hung up never got a call, text or anything to let me know if they found somebody to fix it. At this point it’s pretty warm in the house, I called back and they said yes we have someone coming, Ac guy shows up said it’s the thermostat that went out. Says he has to calm the management company too see if they will get one for him to fix it, says he may be back depending on the answer he gets and then loads up and leaves. Waited for a phone call from management to let me know what’s going on but nothing. I call the management company and they say they are out looking for a thermostat cause the owner wants the same exact one installed. Another hour or so passes and the AC guy shows back up sticks the new thermostat on the wall and we finally got A/c back. The pros was the unit is clean and close to historic parks. The cons are, no tvs in any of the bedrooms, the couch is the only comfortable piece of furniture in the living room to sit, hand rail was sticky.

Clean, comfortable, convenient. Me and my family stayed here for a family reunion. Check in was a breeze. The home was one block from Forsyth park, which was perfect to let the kids stretch their legs. Comfortable beds, clean and more spacious than it looks on the site. Really close to downtown Savannah and all the "action", but the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The property is so close to Forsyth Park! The kids loved how easy it was to get to the playground from the house. The house itself was immaculate and was very comfortable. There are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again!

Location to the park is excellent, neighborhood is quiet, plenty of room, kitchen is excellent, the only issue is that the second bedroom listed as a king is not a king! It is two twin beds pushed together and they are calling it a king. This needs corrected so you are not misleading people! Overall an excellent location if you are getting married in the park!

Truly. This place was awesome. We will not hesitate to stay there again. Everything was so comfortable. The owners truly take pride in making sure everything is just right and like “home” for you. The beds were comfy, special homey touches throughout plus just a super convenient location. Check in was incredibly simple and With linens provided the unpacking process is that much easier. If you’re looking at this place just book it! You won’t be sorry.

Beautiful home in a great location
First of all, this was one of the cleanest places I've ever rented through VRBO, every nook and cranny was spotless! The area was much quieter than I was expecting despite being in a very touristy area. It was so wonderful to be right next to Forsyth Park and there was a free trolley stop about 2 minutes' walk from the front door. The beds were super comfortable and the patio was very quaint and peaceful. We loved staying here and wouldn't hesitate to come again!

We parked our car on Friday afternoon when we arrived and never moved it. We walked to almost everything. When we where full and tired after dinner, we got an Uber. Basically across the street from Forsyth Park. The house was clean and bright and comfortable.

We had a very nice stay at this home - can’t beat the location, never used car except going to Tybee Island. Otherwise everything is walkable. Parking was easy and free on street. Well accommodated for meal preparation.

Well stocked and very clean. The steps going to the upstairs will be tricky if you have issues with stairs. Close to the riverwalk with plenty of dining opportunities close by. The historic section location will give hours of walking enjoyment. Would definitely stay again in the future. Managements (Mary) prompt replies to our questions gave us a comfortable, overall feeling. Easiest check in ever! No issues with parking.

Hidden Gem Near Forsyth Park
We loved this little house! It was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The rooms are all a nice size and we loved that we all had our own bathrooms. Very comfortable and cozy home. We attended a wedding at The Whitman Mansion and the location of this house could not have been better. It was basically next door! We can't wait to come back!

We enjoyed staying at the Howard St house in Savannah. It was clean and beautiful decorated. It was close to Forsythe Park and a trolley stop. It was nice having two master bedrooms and the bathroom downstairs. The back porches were small but we didn't spend a lot of time there. Location was good, easy to get to the historic district and River St. It does seem to have the spirit of a small dog in the house that visited both bedrooms two nights. But that didn't bother us as we both have lost beloved dogs. We would stay there again. The only downside we had was there was no dresser in the front bedroom, only a closet.
