** Please list all guests when booking. It is very important so that we prepare adequately to make your stay comfortable. We do monitor the number of guests upon entry with an exterior camera. **

** Since we are in a quiet neighborhood, we do have one noise decibel detecting device in the family room and one on the back deck to monitor compliance. These devices do NOT monitor conversations. They simply detect decibel levels. **

** Also, for the safety of our guests and for the protection of the property in between stays, we have 3 exterior cameras monitoring the entry points of the house. They do NOT monitor anything inside the house and do not monitor the hot tub area. **

Guest access
Guests will have full private access to the entire property (except the carriage house), including:

• Main house (4 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms)
• Fully fenced backyard
• Private hot tub for 7
• Fire pit area and putting green
• Driveway parking (easily fits 4 cars)

There are no shared spaces. The home, yard, and amenities are exclusively yours during your stay.

Self check-in makes arrival simple and convenient.
