Once you park your vehicle in one of the multiple private, off-street parking spaces, you'll enter via an electronic lock into your sweet home away from home to begin your vacation. The first level is made for entertaining, which consists of the main gathering space, formal dining room, the completely remodeled kitchen, and a full-size bathroom. Boasting with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, the gathering room offers an ample amount of plush, comfortable seating for everyone. The formal dining room conjoins, but can be closed off with a set of ornate, historic pocket doors, if you're looking for a more intimate dinner. Easy for serving, the kitchen is just at the back of the home and is truly equipped with all essentials needed to prepare home-cooked meals, cocktails, and so much more! You'll find all three bedrooms on the second level, where no detail has been spared. Location was close to everything. We had a car. Walking would be a bit far. Just needs a new toaster ;)…. It is very easy to get there and there is a dedicated parking spot next to the house that can definitely fit more than one car if need be. The backyard is enclosed which is nice, especially if you have young kids. The porch is screened in so we never had any issue with bugs. The house itself is beautiful with all of the amenities that you need. Beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well. Everything was very clean. ##### Katie T. The house has everything you really needed- shampoo, tide pods etc, even a starter bag of coffee- so that was really nice. The house was lovely, beds comfortable and we were within walking distance of Forsyth Park and the loveliest parts of Savannah. Tybee beach was about 20 minutes by car and grocery stores/restaurants/ and boutiques were not far. Loved walking around the Forsyth Park area and took a Trolley tour which was great. The Hosts were very responsive to our request for a barbecue that was delivered the very next day, as well as a HDMI cable so we could connect our computer to watch videos. The house is on a pretty busy one-way street, but it did not take away from our lovely stay. The screened-in porch was the absolute best, and we spent mornings and some evenings enjoying the beautiful outdoors in comfort. Would highly recommend. ##### Judy M. The house is in excellent condition. It's very beautiful inside. Everything is very well appointed. It's got a lot of character and it was very close to the areas we wanted to visit. The only thing I would know is that the street itself has some houses that look like they're abandoned they're boarded up, but I'm not sure if they're just getting ready to be worked on or whatever. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ...Unfortunately, there were a couple misses with this property. We arrived on a Sunday but didn't have hot water until Wednesday evening. Quite a downer for our vacation! Management was reasonably responsive but getting a fix for a simple breaker issue took way too long. Additionally, if visiting in the colder months beware that the heating for the home is frustrating (thermostats reset during the day/night, and the heat registers are not located by the thermostats so there are extreme temperatures distributed in the property). The property is very clean and its quite nice. We would rent here again...assuming hot water and better control on the furnace/AC.The location is great. Close to the river and Historic area, Forsythe, etc. Easy access to roads to the Islands, etc. It is on Anderson St which during the week we were there had higher than we expected middle of the night emergency/police sirens speeding by, but understandable in the city.Our rating is honest given what happened for us...but it is a nice place and we would consider renting again. ##### River Valley B.
