About this property

Ocean views with two huge double covered porches to enjoy the breeze!

  • This Tybee townhome is only 100 yards from the beach with amazing views of the beach & ocean from the third floor main living space & huge "L" shaped covered porches with wonderful breezes. First floor is a 4 car garage, courtyard with outdoor shower, foyer & elevator to all floors. Second floor is 3 bedrooms (one king, one queen & one bunk room with two sets of bunk beds), there is a 4th room on this floor that we have turned into a kids TV room, two full baths, the laundry room & a huge "L" shaped covered porch. Third floor is the main living space along with the master bedroom/bath, kitchen, dining room, family room with fireplace & large flat screen TV, powder bath & again a huge "L" shaped covered porch with great views of the water. The upstairs porch has a Weber gas grill & is loaded with furniture (Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, sectional sofa & dining table).
