Welcome to this newly renovated, family-friendly Savannah Oak Retreat, a mile from Wormsloe State Historic Site. The approach to the house, tunneled on both sides by iconic oak trees is a dreamy site.

The house features luxurious updates, fully stocked kitchen, game room, swimming pool, lush green gardens and many amenities for your next get together with friends or family.

This 6 room single-level bungalow features 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. The home boasts an open concept floor plan in the main living area with dinning area and kitchen, with beautiful countertops, stainless steel gourmet appliances & butler's pantry. There is a dedicated office space with additional sleeping area.

Adding to the space is an entertainment room with TV, pool table, board games and direct access to the outdoor garden and swimming pool.
There is a direct access to a private courtyard with large swimming pool and plenty of room for outdoor entertainment.

The swimming pool area features sun bathing recliners and lounge seating under the pergola with fire pit and BBQ grill in a fully private and enclosed backyard.

Property amenities include fully stocked kitchen, furnished bedrooms with smart TV (in 2 bedrooms), central A/C and heater, exclusive garden access and pool toys for entertainment.

Peaceful quiet hideaway

We had a delightful stay at this property. Couldn’t have asked for anything else. Love the backyard area! Perfect location for traveling all thru Savannah. Will definitely choose this property again for our next visit!

Great rental

We stayed for several nights while visiting family who live in the Landings. This location was close to them, and all amenities we needed. The home is well laid out with a large kitchen and common space for convening, and everything was as described in the listing!

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful vacation rental in Savannah, GA over the 4th of July weekend. The property was super clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The highlights of our stay were definitely the pool and the game room. We spent hours enjoying the water and playing games, which made for some unforgettable memories. The location is also great, providing easy access to everything Savannah has to offer. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Great Place to Stay

We were in town for a Sporting Clay tournament at the Forest City Gun Club and this location is perfect for an event there. The dining options are fantastic and very nearby and everything about the stay was wonderful. The remodel of the property was done very well and the showers, kitchen and game room area were all top notch. Pool was great as well but we did not heat it in time unfortunately so it was a bit chilly. All in all, a great place to rest!
