Luxury 3-Story Townhome on Historic Tattnall Street by Lucky Savannah

Located on Tattnall Street, this beautiful townhome features three bedrooms, three full baths, and plenty of historic charm. Tattnall Manor is ideally located just steps away from the west end of Jones Street, dubbed “America’s prettiest street” by Southern Living Magazine.

The first floor of Tattnall Manor consists of an open living and dining space, leading back to a breakfast nook and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private deck, overlooking your private courtyard, just off of the kitchen. You’ll have all the conveniences of home, so you can choose to stay in for the night with your loved ones, or venture out for a night on the town and dinner at one of Savannah’s amazing restaurants.

On the second floor you’ll find two large, comfortable bedrooms. One has King sized bed, the other a Queen, but both have en suite baths. Each bedroom also has a large, walk-in closet, so you’ll be able to unpack with ease. On the third floor you’ll find a Primary Suite with a King bed, sitting area, and en suite.

You’ll be down the street from Mrs. Wilkes Dining House, where you’ll find some of the best Southern home cooking in the city. Just around the corner is the Crystal Beer Parlor, Savannah’s oldest restaurant and a local favorite.

Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for 3 couples Bedrooms with private baths were comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. Quiet neighborhood easy to walk around and go to restaurants. On street parking never an issue but some difficulty getting Pay Stations to work. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating. Main room very comfortable for 6 people to sit comfortably.

This was a great stay for our family of 5. We had enough space. It was close to restaurants and shops. We got in early to Savannah and Lucky rental let us keep our luggage in the office while we got to explore the city. Highly recommend

Fabulous Home

This is a beautiful property in a quiet, picturesque part of Savannah. Everything is within walking distance from the location. I highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here on future trips to Savannah.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to many venues and landmarks. There was plenty of room for 6 adults to function. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We had a problem with our door at check in and called the office who sent a repair person over immediately. I would highly recommend and use this property again.

Excellent stay in Savannah

This property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, spacious, and excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. You can’t beat the location - in the beautiful historic district and within walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Savannah.

Amazing Stay at Harris House!

We loved the house, it was convenient to everything in town. We had plenty of space for three couples and the kitchen was nicely stocked so that we could cook breakfast together. We would definitely stay again. Awesome decor, and comfy bedding. The books were a great touch. Thank you!

Weekend Get Away

The Townhome was beautiful and very comfortable with all 3 bedrooms being very spacious. The deck in the back needs some TLC since the awnings were ripped and leaked water all over the chairs. The trash bag in the kitchen was oversized and not too sturdy. Over all we would stay her again and would recommend it.

Very nice property with three bedrooms with en suite bathroom for each. Lucky Savannah was easy to deal with and had very prompt response. They even held our bags for free after checkout since we had a late flight home

A Perfect Vacation Spot

Tattnall Manor is a perfect vacation spot. The house was roomy, well equipped, and nicely decorated. Its location on a beautiful, quiet street allows you to walk anywhere in the historic area of Savannah and the riverfront. Lucky Savannah made our trip even better with easy check in and check out. They were wonderful to deal with! Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful townhome! Great location!

The townhouse was beautiful and very comfortable. It was in a quiet, picturesque area within walking distance to many notable sites. I was disappointed that the price listed on VRBO did not include other fees charged by the host (housekeeping and damage protection). That was an additional 300 for a three night stay. I would much rather see that in the upfront price.

Yearly reunion of 3 couples. Fabulous location - walkable to all we wanted to do. Great place to just relax and reconnect. Only downfall was no rear access to deposit garbage and recyclables - had to walk around the front to get to the back. We all enjoyed Savannah - an absolutely beautiful, historical city!!

Very nice atay

We really enjoyed our stay on Tattnall St. The only thing we thought could have been better handled was the way the house was supplied. There was only the trash bag that was in the can. One dish towel, and no dish rag. There was salt, pepper, cinnamon and thyme. Nothing else. We just found this to be a bit unusual compared to what we have enjoyed at other properties. But the home was very comfortable, air conditioning worked great (and it was HOT), and our stay was very pleasant. But we like to Vrbo so we can have a kitchen for cooking, and this kitchen literally needed us to buy everything in order to use it.

The little touches inside were appreciated ( coffee, shampoo, conditioner, dish cleaning liquid, sponge, dishwasher detergent. The location?... guess what: perfect. It was walking distance to Forsyth Park and Jones St. (considered the most beautiful street because of the arching trees) Parking was not a problem (no charge on weekends) plus the side of the street the house is in is first come first serve and free (no problem there either). It was a wonderful weekend! My only suggestion is to maybe have the cleaning crew dispose of the trash specially since tenants don't have access to the back gate behind which the trash tote is located.Would I stay here again? Absolutely!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was excellent and the home was beautiful. However, there were several small things that took away from the overall experience. For example, when we arrived one of the toilets had not been flushed had remnants of it's last user still in the bowl. It seems very unlikely that they cleaned the bathroom and just happened to miss the toilet. Also, the refrigerator was broken and resulted in spoiled items. Outlets were loose with no covers on them, not the safest thing. Finally, many of the remotes had dead batteries or just wouldn't work. All that said, the property management work with us and provided small fridges to fill the gap. They refunded the cost of the groceries that were spoiled. And they always answered promptly with any questions/issues.The main takeaway is that the home and location are great, but the home needs some maintenance.
