Surrounded by locals and visitors alike, the home is within easy walking distance of the best of the Historic District, just a half mile from Broughton Street’s shops and restaurants, with countless dining options and boutiques nearby. This elegant three-story townhome offers refined comfort and space for up to 8 guests. The main level features a comfortable living room with a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with island seating for four, a wet bar with wine refrigerator, a dining room, and a half bath. Step outside to your private courtyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying Savannah’s beautiful weather. The second floor features the primary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom with double sinks and an oversized shower. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own full en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs connected to Roku. We throughly enjoyed staying in this lovely townhome for our girls trip. It had everything we needed and was well situated in historic downtown. We were able to walk to most all activities. The older kids loved staying in the carriage house. The property is exactly as listed. Super easy check in and check out. We walked and took Uber everywhere. We never waited more than 10 mins for a pick up and most destinations took 15 mins or less. Would happily stay here again. ##### Amy M. We had an amazing stay here celebrating a 40th birthday. The house is beautiful and the patio area was great. Location was also great and we walked everywhere the whole weekend.
