"I had a lovely stay at the Indigo. The hotel is very conveniently located within easy walking distance of the City Market, riverfront, historic district and many shops, pubs and restaurants.
The rooms are modern and spacious.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The resort fee includes 2 tokens for drinks in the bar each night. The bar list for tokens was pretty substantial. Coffee and fruit was available each morning in the lobby. Free bottled water and coffee for the Keurig was provided in the rooms.
The WiFi was not good in my room, so I went to the lobby to work where it was much better.
My room was not serviced for the length of my stay (4 nights). I received fresh towels on the last afternoon after asking two days in a row.
I passed the housekeeping staff cleaning other rooms. They were always friendly, but maybe there were not enough of them on duty or they don’t clean everyday as a standard.
I would have given 5 stars if housekeeping was more consistent.
Nevertheless, I would happily stay there again."
