Convenient and great for family.

This was a welcoming home in a nice location for larger families. We brought our dog and found a great dog park across the street. it was a little further from the riverfront action which was nice and quiet yet still easy to access all we wanted to see and do.

We had 8 women stay here to celebrate a 59th birthday. The location was good and not too far walk to restaurants, shops and bars. There were enough beds for everyone and ample bathroom space as well. Very quiet neighborhood. We had a great time!

We had a great stay in this well maintained, spacious, historic home. The decor is very well done, everything we needed in the kitchen they had, easy to get around the area right from the front door. Fire pit was a fun little treat. Property owners were quickly accessible via chat which was comforting. Very pleased overall.

Oh, Sweet Savannah!

The location of this house is perfect. Our group of 6 were able to walk to everything in the historical district. Several cafes are near and a grocery store (Kroger) is in walking distance. The kitchen is superbly stocked for anything you could want or need. Chris was an attentive host who made sure we had arrived safely. A very nice touch! Parking is a breeze. No issues there at all. I would most definitely stay here again!

A great stay, if not a little old

The house is at a great location with very convenient parking. It's a short walk to the downtown and everything is a stone's throw away. The general amenities of the house is fantastic and the hosts were very thoughtful. The only small thing I'd nitpick is that due to the house's age, some floorboards were a little loose, and the porch as well as the attic are not very clean as well. We barely used the backyard because of this.

This was a mother and daughters 4 day vacation. The house itself is wonderful. The livingroom could use a second couch so everyone can sit together and chat/ watch tv. The kitchen utensils/pots/appliances were in great shape.The bedrooms on the second floor were nice and homely. The third floor could do with some decoration and a modern tv. The only thing that really stood out as neglected was the outside family areas needed a good cleaning. The area did not inspire anyone to relax there. Loved the house and location, would definitely stay there again.

Look no further- this is the spot!

I looked for weeks before landing on this house and the search was worth it!! Fantastic location- we walked almost everywhere for a whole week. So close even the few Ubers we took were super reasonable. Everything is as advertised- we had plenty of room for our family of 8- each couple has their own room so no one ended up on a pullout; parking on this street is amazingly easy and the extra spot behind the house was great- no constant looking for parking or having to move or pay. Bathrooms (2 1/2) were spacious, plenty of dressers and closet space (some of us were there for 8 days and could fully unpack). Extra mini fridge in kitchen was much appreciated; lots of room to hang out in the kitchen and living room. Kitchen had everything we needed even though we took full advantage of Savannah's restaurants. Again, location is phenomenal- one block from Jones Street, a few blocks from Forsyth; less than a mile to Six Pence and Treylor Park or the Sentient Bean and only a few more blocks to Broughton and the Riverfront. Everyone in the family was impressed with this house- would stay again for sure!!! We are even taking home some tips for our own short term rentals. Can we do 7 stars??

Excellent Communication and Great Location

Chris is a great host and good at communication. Beginning with booking questions and throughout our stay. On check-in day he gave us all the info needed and we were able to park our car in the convenient parking spot behind the townhome to walk and go out to lunch. Chris notified us when the cleaning crew was finished so we could check in a little early.We visited with our family and Granddaughter who turned 1 during our stay. A travel crib was provided which worked well for her.She loved crawling (with supervision) up and down the staircases. The little terrace has a table with quite a few chairs- we had nice weather and enjoyed having dinner outside and just relaxing. Everything was very nice, not many kitchen amenities (ice machine in fridge doesn’t work) Only panty items were salt and pepper, and coffee with powder creamer. Adding a few kitchen spices would be nice.Generally some are left from previous guests so maybe the cleaning crew remove anything left?We love walking and the location is perfect for that-, we turned in our rental car and walked everywhere.Kroger Grocery store is close plus so many awesome restaurants/shops. It’s also not far to be in the river tourist zone when you want. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, a good change from the crazy crowds.It’s very close to Forsyth Park and our GrandGirl loved the swings there too!The Azaleas were blooming along with other flowers - just beautiful!We really loved our stay and hope to return.
