Bright Fun NEW Guest House - Perfect Location!

Come and check out our new guest house on Wilmington Island in Savannah! We are in a perfect central location - downtown Savannah and Tybee Island are both only 15 minutes away! This brand new guest house offers all the amenities to make your trip unforgettable! The guest house offers 2 queen bedrooms and 1 full bathroom and with an open floor plan to maximize the space!

The guest house is located in the rear of the main house on the property. You will have complete privacy as the 2 buildings are separated by brand new privacy fencing. We just finished building out this project in October so everything is brand new!

The Guest House:
- Living Room features a 55" Smart TV where you can stream all your favorite services.

- Fully Equipped Kitchen with everything you will need to cook a full meal. We also feature a Keurig machine.

- 2 bedrooms - Each has a queen memory foam mattress, nightstands, dressers and their own mini split HVAC units

- Brand new full bathroom with shower/tub

Outside:
-There is a patio with string lights and outdoor seating

-You can pull right up and park in front of the guest house

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire guest house and patio area. It is located in the rear of the main house, however both buildings are separated by new privacy fencing so guests can enjoy privacy. You can drive right into the back and park in front of the guest house!
