The house has a KING bed in master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedrooms, daybed(twin) in the master sitting room, sleeps up to 7\. The house was recently renovated with soothing grey color paint, new tiles flooring in all bathrooms and completely brand new furnishing all through the house…. The attention to details is unmatched! BEDROOMS Unwind after a day exploring Savannah in the spacious master bedroom which offers an en-suite bathroom. Submerge into comfort at night on the comfortable KING size bed and rise into your next day of adventure and play. If movie in bed is your thing, a TV is available for your convenience. A large closet is available to hang and store all your belongings. The master bathroom features a shower and premium hotel collection towels and toiletries. The 2 guest bedrooms (one on the main level and the other on the second level) are also decorated elegantly which truly engages your visual senses. Sleep comfortably with ultra-plush beddings. Movie in bed, enjoy yet another TV in each bedroom! The secondary bathroom on the second floor is conveniently located across the hall from the bedroom while the bedroom downstairs has an en-suite bathroom, both have a tub/shower combination and of course, some more premium grade towels and toiletries. Lastly, the master bedroom sitting (AKA a half bedroom) has an antique gray Indonesian Daybed with an architectural backrest and beautiful curved arms, perfect space for one additional guest. There is plenty of comfortable seating and fine décor. The full dining room is large enough to comfortably seat 8 people for a festive dinner and is located off the kitchen. KITCHEN The kitchen is truly a chef's dream with all new small appliances. Everything is provided......coffeemaker, toaster, blender, kettle and the list goes on and on. We even provide the Tupperware for your yummy leftovers. You need to bring absolutely nothing but your food to this fully stocked kitchen. PRIVATE COURTYARD The fenced and private courtyard is a perfect spot with a table to seat 6; to enjoy with friends and family, dining, or just relaxing. The property worked well for our family; I was traveling with 2 kids and a nanny. Plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen. Everything as described. A lovely place to use as home base while we explored savannah. One major suggestion, bathtubs in two bathrooms could tub mats. The tubs were slippery. ##### Len S. It was comfortable and well decorated. Every detail was thought of and nothing was skimped on including the TP. The home is very convenient to walk to many places and on the chance you want to explore further out driving was easy. We loved the architecture and charm everywhere we looked. Our group of 5 absolutely loved our stay! The size of the home was perfect, plenty of space and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living room was comfortable for spending time together, and the dining room was plenty big enough for meals. We loved the games, and felt comfortable with everything we needed . Extremely clean and very well appointed. It is perfectly located to everything that you would want to see in downtown Savannah and the Riverwalk. Quiet safe neighborhood. Hostess Nest was the perfect location for our girls weekend trip to Savannah! There was ample room for the 5 of us to move about freely for group time/activities as well as private time. We were conveniently located for walking or short ride to parks, river area or tour pickup spots. One bonus during our weekend was the St Pat’s Day parade which was also a short walk away! Also took a little trip to Tybee Island for a couple of hours on the beach and quick stop to the Tybee Lighthouse! Would definitely recommend Hostess Nest! ##### Cathleen P. The Christmas decorations were charming and helped put us into the holiday spirit. We were able to walk to everything (except for our trips to Charleston and Tybee Island). It was great having a downstairs suite for mom so that she didn't have to climb up the steep stairway. Well-stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances. Large dining table accommodated us all for games and group meals. Wi-fi connection was good. The host was great at communicating. ##### Krystin R. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen, games avaliable to play, and nicely decorated. There was an issue that needed attention and unfortunately the host was traveling back from vacation and unable to be reached until the next day. This wasn't the fault of the host, they need a vacation too. My complaint is with VRBO. It is my opinion that VRBO needs to have backup contact numbers of folks in addition to the owner in the event that something comes up that needs attention in a timely manner that can't wait until the next day. Hopefully VRBO will see this review and take this policy change into consideration. ##### Regina M.
