#### Work trip made comfortable

THROUGHLY enjoyed my 5 day stay at the Andaz Savannah. Rooms were comfortable, complimentary snacks and non alcoholic beverages were a great touch. I must commend the managerial staff that didn't hesitate to assist me. There were a couple of things that would have made the stay ALL stars; the air conditioning unit was loud and located on sides of the juliette balcony making the area very hot. Also, the lock to the bathroom had this weird slotted catch and I accidentally "locked" myself in. Once I figured out how to jiggle it open, I opted to just leave it unlocked to avoid further issues. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay especially since the staff was so inviting.
