"Staying at Masseria Ayroldi for five nights was truly something special. The property is stunning, with beautifully kept landscaping and a restoration that has been done with real care and respect for the place. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and peaceful. The pool area is gorgeous and such a relaxing spot to spend time, and the rooms are just as lovely, pristine, comfortable, and full of charm. What really made the stay stand out was the atmosphere and the people. It is a warm, family run place where the service feels personal, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. Every member of staff went out of their way to help with everything, from recommendations and directions to making reservations and ensuring every detail of the stay was easy and smooth. They were consistently warm and genuine, and made you feel truly welcome from the moment you arrived. We felt so well taken care of throughout our stay, and that level of service is one of the most important things when travelling. Every morning breakfast was a highlight, with excellent cappuccinos, fresh juices, and beautiful fruit including the most delicious cherries. There was always a generous spread of breads, yogurts, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, and fresh vegetables that made each morning feel like a treat. We also enjoyed dinner at the masseria, which was just as memorable, and the location worked perfectly as a base for visiting nearby towns. We loved every part of our stay ❤️🇮🇹"

"L’endroit respire la tranquillité et l’authenticité. L’architecture typique de la région, toute blanche et dépouillée, est superbement mise en valeur par un entretien impeccable des lieux. Les chambres sont confortables, certaines avec piscine privée, et le paysage environnant est à couper le souffle. L’ambiance est vraiment familiale on s’y sent chez soi. Pour les repas, on peut souper sur place, avec un agrotourisme directement adjacent qui offre des produits frais de la région. Le tout, à peine à quinze minutes du centre-ville. Un véritable coup de cœur, à recommander sans hésiter!"

"This was a wonderful surprise in our two week trip traveling the south of Italy. a Beautiful and well-staffed country oasis! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy Ostuni & Puglia while having a centrally located respite for afternoons of R&R. Enter the Masseria's name into Google maps, not the address, to ensure you get there and not end up in a local field!"

"Lovely quiet pool. Great access to the beach (28 euros for 2 beds and parasol) We booked the suite which was very spacious and comfortable although it’s a bit like room Austin Powers would like. Decorated in very dark colours and the huge round bed swallows you. Nice staff. Free bikes which are great as you are 30 minute walk from the centre and there’s not much around the hotel in the evening."
