It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with a non-functional fireplace), a 30 m² fitted kitchen with dining area, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 300 m². We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor \- A 30 m² living room with TV, (decorative) fireplace and sitting area \- A 30 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) \- Shower room with WC First floor \- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC \- Bedroom 3: A bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside \- A lovely 300 m² enclosed garden with flowers \- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Sauzon, in a very pleasant environment. It lies halfway between the spectacular Plage du Donnant and Pointe des Poulains. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).
