The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a dedicated workspace for home office and a TV. A baby cot is also available. Guests of the vacation home have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, a garden and a covered terrace. The impressive vineyard surrounding the property has its own bodega producing a wide variety of wines. This property is part of a shared complex that includes four other properties, all enjoying access to shared amenities such as parking, a swimming pool, and a barbecue area. Sie gehört zu einem direkt nebenan liegenden kleinen Weingut. Weinprobe sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt einen Service in der Anlage, welcher sehr nett und unaufdringlich arbeitet. Anliegend gibt es einen exklusiv zur Anlage gehörenden Grillplatz mit überdachter Terrasse. Die Bilder der Anlage sind realistisch und entsprechen den Tatsachen. In der abgesperrten (Elektrisches Schiebetor) Anlage gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze.
